Orycon News

Our second-to-last meeting before the convention is this Saturday, October 4th, at 1 pm. We'll be meeting at the Round Table Pizza on Foster Road. Come find out the shape of OryCon 36 to come.
If you haven't reserved your ad space in the Orycon 36 souvenir program, you have ONE DAY LEFT. Yes, time has flown, the deadline is upon us, and you need to get movin', folks--con's almost here! *muppet flail*
From Keri Turner, who is working on compiling this year's Post Convention Feedback Survey:

Last year was the first year we ran it and it was quite successful, if a little small in terms of returns.  This year the Survey will run *during* the convention so that you may provide your feedback in real time.

And, ironically, we're looking for feedback on our feedback survey!  If there are any questions you think we SHOULD be asking please drop us a line at elenkhos.spy@gmail.com

Just two weeks left to get your advertising information in for the Orycon 36 souvenir program--October 1st is the deadline. This is a beautiful full color program you'll want to be in, and that fans will keep for years. Everything you need to know is here.

OryCon is proud to announce the return of the Red Cross Bloodmobile for another blood donation drive at the con. It will take place Saturday, November 8th, from 10 am to 3 pm. Click here for all the red-blooded details.

The hotel informs us that all king bed rooms are booked for Thursday and Friday night. Saturday and Sunday are still open, but you might want to book your room now if you want a king.
Interested in advertising in the souvenir program? Now is the time to get your stuff in! The ad deadline is October 1st--less than a month away. Don't miss out--send in your information today.

Ack - we ran out of double queen rooms in the hotel! Happily, they gave us more, but if you want two queen beds, making your reservations sooner than later would be good.

Our next meeting, and the first meeting in September, is on September 6th at the Beaverton Library, meeting room A at 1PM.
